To help you with submitting a claim to your insurance company, we provide you a "SUPERBILL".

A superbill contains everything you need to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We receive full payment from you at the time of service and provide you with a superbill for you to use to collect reimbursement from your insurance company.

Currently, in the State of California, insurance companies are not required to cover acupuncturists and their services; therefore, some companies do and some do not provide acupuncture benefits.  You will need to contact your insurance company to see what benefits are provided.
